Get Involved

Because we are a new organization we are looking for people to get involved by volunteering for the Board, a committee or task force, serving as a college intern, and/or supporting our events. You may also consider a career at RetrainToWalk, working directly with clients as a trainer, aide or a future position as we grow.

Become a Board Trustee
We are current looking to add members to our Board who are interested in donating their time and professional expertise to assist the growth of RetrainToWalk. Board membership is a one-year term and meetings are held quarterly. Board Trustees are expected to participate fully in decision-making and fundraising.

Be a Student Intern
We are reaching out to establish a relationship with local Universities to provide college students with experience directly related to thier field of study. All majors are welcome to gain valuable experience in helping a nonprofit grow while earning college credits.

Support an Event
RetrainToWalk will be hosting our second fundraiser golf simulator on December 5, 2024. We welcome volunteers to assistance and it is a great way to show your support for our clients! Please contact us for more information by emailing, david_lopiano@RetrainToWalk.com
